From Torso Murder
During the 1930’s, a serial killer roamed the streets of Cleveland, Ohio. Murdered, emasculated, disemboweled, and dismembered at least 12 people, most never identified. They were dubbed the TORSO MURDER’s also known as the Kings Bury Run Murder’s.
The band TORSO MURDER was born from these horrific stories. The Torso Murder self-titled debut album is out worldwide via CD Baby, iTunes, Amazon, Google play, Bandcamp. The album is a concept album with every song being a chapter from this brutal killers reign. Torso Murder also available streaming on Pandora, Apple Music, Spotify, and Deezer
The killer was never officially identified and had many theories and suspects. By popular belief Dr. Francis Sweeney was the killer. Running with this theme is Torso Murder’s debut album. It is also led to believe the killer road box cars from the rail yard in Cleveland, Ohio down to Youngstown, Ohio and to the south side of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania leaving a trail of body parts to and fro
