Matthew J Doughty creates CUSTOM MUSIC from his Southern California Pro Tools Studio with both Acoustic and Electric Instruments. As a Songwriter, Matthew J Doughty has studied under Nashville's Tom Shapiro (BMI Country Songwriter of the Year 4x's) and Hollywood's Marty Panzer (35 Gold and Platinum Albums). MjDoughty has Composed Music for ESPN FILMS and Oscar Nominated Director Ron Shelton's Michael Jordan Documentary "30 for 30: Jordan Rides the Bus" which aired on ABC TV. Doughty has also written over 43 minutes of instrumental music for Aslyum Entertainment's (Hollywood, CA) Paranoize Music Library. In addition, MJD has Recording Engineering and Production experience with bands Fleetwood Mac, The Killers, Econoline Crush, and Stabilo Boss and studio greats Joe Johnston, Mark Needham, and Rock Producer Sylvia Massy.
