Jan Bidwell, MSW, LCSW, has worked as a psychotherapist, meditation teacher, community organizer, social activist, artist manager, and budding musician. Jan has helped people work on their inner lives and their outer environments for decades. She is a regular meditator and knows personally the benefits of being able to quiet the mind while facing the challenges of a busy life.
