From Guardian (Australia)
Guardian is a product of the creative matrix of five talented musicians. Jackson Grace on bass and drummer Joe Graham make up the pulse of the group. They really set this modern metal band apart, taking the music through rises, dips, highs, and lows with a penetrating force usually only heard by musicians twice their age. Janthony Antoun and Jeff Wu, both on guitar, are known to blow away crowds during live performances, consistently playing complex riffs and vibing off of each other's sound effortlessly. Jordan Neander completes the group with his textured, thrash-worthy voice. He acts as the guide, leading fans to a place far beyond the mundane.
Guardian is a relatively new metalcore band, but one that has quickly become a favourite in the Sydney area. Influenced by The Devil Wears Prada, August Burns Red and Underoath, they are introducing a whole new era of the genre to Aussie’s hardcore rock, punk and metal fans. Their first EP is available for free download at Bandcamp. Check out Guardian’s Facebook page to stay up to date with the band’s latest shows and releases.
