What began as the fever dream of five wide eyed eighteen year olds has evolved into a musical endeavor dedicated to making honest music and loving everyone we come in contact with. Though we’ve gone through line-up changes and our sound has evolved along the way, we are still dedicated to one idea: that we are called to love recklessly. Reckless [rek-lis] adjective: utterly unconcerned about the consequences of some action; without caution We aim for our music to be a vehicle for love and restoration, even if sometimes that means dealing with the hard parts of life. It’s easy to sing when everything is fine, but it’s more meaningful in times of trial. To quote Aaron Thompson: “The harder that it hurts the louder you can sing, and a life without some pain doesn’t mean a thing.” But all of this talk means nothing if we don’t back it up, so please, don’t hesitate to talk to us. We care about you and we want to make sure that you know that. So if there is anything we can do to help show you love, just say the word. We are all just broken people living in a broken world filled with more broken people. It’s up to us to bend down, pick up the pieces, and start putting things back together.
