UK singer/songwriter Doll Duncan has been gaining serious momentum under the radar since her song, 'Roll', trended on Hype Machine last year and attracted the attention of Ivor Novello winning songwriter, Guy Chambers, calling her a “future star”.
But for her first major creative offering, Doll needed something big to inspire her. Spontaneously she booked a flight for New York. It was there she found the ammunition she needed. Tucked away in an East Village apartment in New York City, Doll wrote her 5 song EP, Hurricane.
Inspired by personal experience and the travelling landscape around her, Doll's music heralds in a new style of indie pop: bold, emotive, and endlessly catchy.
Hurricane is out February 2017.
